Stillness

“Be aware of the gaps. To listen to the silence, wherever you are, is an easy way of becoming present. Even when there is noise, there is always some silence underneath and in between the sounds. Listening to the silence immediately creates stillness in you.”

Things I have been reflecting and meditation on. Finding silence and stillness in this crazy rushed world where our minds are filled with thoughts, emotions, Netflix and social media. It is time to slow it all down and look within, only then we can find true joy, happiness and stillness. Lots of love babes,
